1.Brief Introduction
T866 lubricating oil pour point depressant is a kind of polymethacrylate type pour point depressant. T866 exhibits excellent pour point depressant performance and anti emulsification performance in combination with g ood base oil s sensitivity and versatility . T866 is s uitable for all levels of engine oil s , gear oil s and industrial oils.
Product Application
-The molecular structure design of T866 is more mature, which specifically solves the shortcomings of the lack of pour point depressant performance of commercially available pour point depressants for high viscosity base oils . T866 is widely s uitable for API I~ API III+ base oil s and exhibits better pour point depressant performance in base oils with higher viscosity e.g., 500SN 150BS Mobil 500N )), especially in API I base oil with poor susceptibility to pour point depressing effect.
-T866 exhibits good versatility and is suitable for all levels of engine oils, gear oil s and industrial oils.

3.1  Packing
200L standard galvanized iron bucket or baking paint bucket(Net weight:170kg) 
 

3.2 Storage &Transportation:
The maximum temperature of T866 during storage, loading and unloading, and oil blending should not exceed 80°C. For long term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C. RIPP T866 is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. Special precautions are not necessary duri ng use, but general precautions for handling chemicals should be followed. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.

4.1 Company profile
Shanghai High-Lube Additives Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as High-Lube) was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between Sinopec and Infineum, each holding 50% of the shares. Currently Sinopec is mainly responsible for the operation and management of High-Lube.
As a professional company of Sinopec additive business, High-Lube is also the transferee of engine oil additive package technology of Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "RIPP").

4.2 Productive capacity
High-Lube is an early domestic manufacturer that uses automatic computer control system to control the production process of additive package, which has realized automatic and accurate batch blending, high production efficiency and stable product quality. The single blending amount can reach 70 tons, and production capacity of additive package can reach 40,000 tons/year. Quality control of product has reached the international advanced level.


4.3 Laboratory
Blending production and quality inspection of High-Lube have obtained the global certification of Infineum. Participate in the global cross-check data comparison test of additives organized by ASTM every year, and the test result is less than 1δ, which is reliable.
