Product Description

1.Brief Introduction
HA7010 is a high-performance internal combustion engine oil additive package that meets the requirements of ACEA C5 specification of 2016 and 2021. With 13% HA7010 added with appropriate base oil, C5 0W-20 internal combustion engine oil can be formulated. The oil meets the performance requirements of ACEA C5 0W-20 internal combustion engine oil and has obtained ACEA certification. The oil has passed the bench test of Ep6,VHM271EVO,M111,DV6,0M646LA,TDI2,0M646LA Bio engines in German ISP company and American Southwest Research lnstitute.,and the engine test has been registered in ATC-ERC and ACC.

3.2 Storage &Transportation:
When handling this product a maximum temperature of 60ºC should be observed forstorage,unloading and blending. However, it is strongly recommended that for long termstorage the temperature should not exceed 45ºC.
-No Damage during the transportation;
-Protect from Humidity, Rain, Sunlight, Damp and wet;
-Put in dry and ventilated Place During storage;
-Remind must be promptly sealed and packed to prohibit from wet.

4. About us

4.1 Company profile
Shanghai High-Lube Additives Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as High-Lube) was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between Sinopec and Infineum, each holding 50% of the shares. Currently Sinopec is mainly responsible for the operation and management of High-Lube.

4.2 Productive capacity
High-Lube is an early domestic manufacturer that uses automatic computer control system to control the production process of additive package, which has realized automatic and accurate batch blending, high production efficiency and stable product quality. The single blending amount can reach 70 tons, and production capacity of additive package can reach 40,000 tons/year. Quality control of product has reached the international advanced level.

4.3 Laboratory
Blending production and quality inspection of High-Lube have obtained the global certification of Infineum. Participate in the global cross-check data comparison test of additives organized by ASTM every year, and the test result is less than 1δ, which is reliable.

5. About RIPP
